In 1984, Mike Graves was elected to the San Benito County Board of Supervisors, becoming the youngest Supervisor in County history and one of the youngest in the State of California. He served on the Board until 1995.
During this time, Mike served as Chair of the Board and the Council of Governments, as well as serving on many regional boards in Monterey, Santa Cruz, and Santa Clara Counties.
In 1990, Mike was elected to the Executive Board of the California State Association of Counties, and in 1995, he was elected President of that organization.
For the past six years, Mike has had tremendous success in advancing client interests in local, regional, and state government, providing them with successful advocacy and strategies.
Mike is currently a voting member of the San Jose-Silicon Valley ChamberPAC and SunPAC (based in Sunnyvale, CA). He is honored to continue to serve his community as a BenitoLink Board Member.
